Free and Basic Customers

Please use the Trilio Issue Tracker repository to learn how to collect system logs and file an issue for support using Trilio Log Collector.

The Trilio Log Collector tool required Python 3.6 to run. Please follow the instructions provided below to install Python 3.6 in your environment.

Slack Workspace Support (BETA)

Trilio provides a Slack workspace where support can be requested for questions and issues faced with Trilio for Kubernetes.
