Log in to the T4K Management Console. From the left panel menu, click Backup & Recovery.
Select one of the clusters from the left panel menu, which display a dropdown menu click on Virtual Machines.
From the page displayed, Create Backup , Create Snapshot or take actions associated with existing Virtual Machines.

Namespace Selector
This dropdown list all the namespaces in the selected cluster alphabetically. Click one or all to display the selection.

Search
The search field can be used to find virtual machines to display. The list filters automatically as text is entered.

Scheduling Icon
This icon shows whether a virtual machine has had a schedule configured or not.

Namespace
Virtual machines are organized by namespaces, with all virtual machines within a namespace listed under its corresponding group.

Checkbox
Checkboxes may be selected/deselected to facilitate the execution of bulk actions or to create a backup/snapshot. Use the table header row checkbox to select/deselect all listed virtual machine.

Protection icon
This icon shows whether a virtual machine has Backup or Snapshot. It means it is protected by Backup and a Snapshot.

Views
View virtual machines in list or honeycomb format.

Filter by status
Filter virtual machine based on status. - All - Protected - Unprotected

Create Backup
This button is used in combination with checkboxes. Select one or more virtual machines and click the Create Backup button to proceed.

Create snapshot
This button is used in combination with checkboxes. Select one or more virtual machines and click the Create Snapshot button to proceed.
