How to report issues and request support for Trilio for Kubernetes

Free and Basic Customers

Please use the Trilio Issue Tracker repository to file bugs that are encountered when using Trilio for Kubernetes. Trilio Support also requests to submit the logs associated with the T4K instance by following the simple procedure outlined on the Log Collector page.

It may even be beneficial to run the Preflight check and provide the output as part of the support case.

Slack Workspace Support (BETA)

Trilio provides a Slack workspace where support can be requested for questions and issues faced with Trilio for Kubernetes.
